It's Mayhem!

Morning everyone!!!
.
I am sitting here enjoying the second official day of summer vacation. I can't exactly say that we have started relaxing yet. K has already started swim camp and we have to have her there every morning this week by 8:15. It definitely seems to be worth it though. She has mentioned that she already feels like she has much better control over her butterfly (I have no idea how they do that!)
.
Girls and a couple of their friends celebrated their first day of summer vacation getting a mud pedicure. In case you are not familiar with this procedure, it involves turning on the sprinkler in an area of a very new lawn to create a mud puddle. You then simply dunk not only your toes but your whole foot until it is completely covered with mud. What a mess!

Speaking of Mayhem, I finally got around to scrapping some of my favorite photos from last year. The girls and I went visit some friends in Arkansas and found these fake mustaches at a party store. I still laugh everytime I see them. :) Sorry the layout is so small. You can click on it to enlarge the photo if you need to.

I am seriously in love with all the blign Creative Charms has to offer. I used some of the the Gradient gem stickers to this flower trim from JoAnn's that I found out a while back. I created the butterfly using a butterfly die from Sizzix and added more gems to him.
.
.
I added a Sparkled flower from Creative Charms to the title as well.
.
.
I used Glimmer Mist to change one of the journaling circles from Jillibean to turquoise and that cute little flower below the Prima paper flower is also from Creative Charms.
.
.
I also wanted to share a little Creative Charms CHA sneak peek with you. All of the gems and flowers (besides the paper flower) are from a kit that is going to be released this summer at CHA. It will be available in October, just in time for Breast Cancer Awareness month. For all the detail on this project check out the Creative Charms blog.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you have a fabulous day!

Wow, those charms are beautiful! Always glad to see you stop by! Beautiful page, wish I could get away with sitting with my toes in the mud.

Well it sure looks like summer is off to a great start at your house. I can so picture all those girls getting their mud pedicure. We still have one more week of school, and I am just counting the days. My DS has finals right now, so we're definitely NOT having fun yet. ;)
Love your fun mustache layout. Awesome design and super fun photos. And your box is gorgeous!

It's so cool that you're on the CC dt! My fav is the gradient gems & the antique brads. I found that the wired butterflies and flowers, if you bend them around a bit, it makes them look even better. Anyway... omgosh, the MUD! Hope you had a hose handy! Love the layout, gorgeous as usual. :)
