Busy, Busy, Busy

Yawn...I really should have gone to bed but I was just having way too much fun with all the goodies in my Lime Tart kit. Here is a little peek:
Can't wait to show you a little bit more soon.

Meanwhile I wanted to share a few projects with you. I created this frame for Katie's bedroom using supplies from Emma's Paperie.

Katie's best friend moved last month. She is missing her terribly although I have to say she is doing better. It helped that we were gone so much and she didn't have time to really think about it. They have been friends for such a long time, I hope that we can continue to keep in touch with them. Katie is not the only one that misses them. :)

Got a couple of quick cards to show you too this morning.

Have a fabulous day!!!

It's Clean!!!

Ok, so I love traveling. I really do! I just can't stand the mess when I get home and I definitely thrive on routine. So after a summer of traveling all over the place we are finally home to stay for a while.

My house has been driving me nuts, especially my craft room. Too many projects and not enough time to clean up afterwards. So I bit the bullet and dug in last night. I didn't get to bed until 2 o'clock but I am happy to say that it is done! Now I just need to get Greg to hang my new shelf. Isn't it cute?

I found it at Hobby Lobby on clearence. I added pattern paper behind some of the flowers and added the red buttons. I plan on using it for all my stamps and stamp pads. I found some cute little bags that I am going to hang for my lesser used unmounted stamps.

Now that my room is clean, my mojo is returning. I can't wait to sit down later today and dig into the yummy new Lime Tart kit sitting on my table. Wait until you see this kit, it is absolutely scrumptious. I will share my projects with you as soon as I have a chance!

Have a great day!

Can I say that I love this store!!!

Have you had a chance to visit Emma's Paperie? Ever since Cindy asked me several months ago to start designing for her, I have been in love. Her store is absolutely amazing. Anyway, I wanted to post a few of my projects from this last month.

Each month Cindy challenges us to use a certain color in one of our projects. Last month's color was red. Not too hard since it is my favorite color. I just love all the large sentiment stamps from Heidi Swapp.

I made this mini album and gift box for Lauren's sweet teacher who is expecting her first baby. I am sooo very excited for them. I had planned on painting the box but loved the way the craft color looked so I just left it.

Each page has a spot for her to add a 4x6 picture of her sweet guy once he arrives.

Have a fabulous week! Hugs ~Lisa

It's about time!

OK, so I guess I have put it off for long enough. I have finally joined the blogging crowd. We have had such a wonderful summer but it has been busy. I am ready to finally settle down and get back into a routine. Please check back as I update you on what we have been up to and some of my latest projects.
