Coming home

.
Yayyyyy, my sweet 5th grader is coming home today! She has spent the last 2 1/2 days at a camp with her class. The weather has been gorgeous and I know she has had a wonderful time but I am anxiously awaiting 12:15. One of the moms has planned a lunch at Steak n' Shake so the kids can share their stories. So we will attend that, but truth be told, I would rather get her home and spend some quiet time with her.
.
The sniffles and yuck have been going around town. Over 150 kids were out sick last Friday at the middle school, many with H1N1. We have been lucky so far but we have had the sniffles and headaches at our house. I was feeling pretty under the weather the last few days. Please keep us in your prayers that H1N1 passes us by. With K spending so much time with these kids, many of who have siblings at the middle school, I am worried.
.
I have another card to share with you today. All the lovely papers on here are from Collage Press, the flowers and rhinestones are Prima and I found that beautiful lace at JoAnn's.
..
.
Have a fabulous day and thanks for stopping by!

Gorgeous...gorgeous card! This is one of my faves of yours! I'll be praying for you home to be spared the piggy flu. Sounds like you have been plagued with the other flu though. Lots of sniffles, major headaches and feeling yucky are the symptoms many are experiencing. I always thought the flu was accompanied by a fever. Not so says a nurse friend of mine. Hope you all are feeling 100% soon. Enjoy your time with your camper girl!

Stunning card! I know what you mean, I feel like my son i at risk playing with all these kids with siblings much older. If we haven't had it all already, we were sick for a while. Hope it passes you by!

I think I read about your neck of the woods in my paper...very scary, so many little ones so sick.
Hope it goes right by you..
