One of our associate pastors was talking this morning about his 14 month old grandson and how he has discovered fall. He looks up at the trees and just says "Oh wow." His message was how we need to step back, slow down and take time to be wowed. So what wows you? I would love to hear..
I have had so many wows in my life. One of the most wonderful wows is the way God is constantly working in our lives. Each time we leave a church due to a move I am sure that we are never going to find another church as wonderful as the last. Yet, ever time it happens. They are never the same but that is what so amazingly perfect about it. Our new church is turning out to be exactly what we need in our life right now. The girls and I are attending a Sunday night class. It is called 2BeMe. The girls are in one room talking about how to be yourself in a society where everyone is telling you how you should look and act. The moms are in another room talking about raising girls in this society and the coversations we need to be having with them. The content is wonderful but we are all meeting people and building relationships too..
A completely different wow is the reaction I had looking at all the amazing Halloween projects on the Emma's blog this week. I mean SERIOUSLY, have taken a look at them? Wow, Wow, Wow. For this week's assignment I decided to make a candy bar wrap. All the supplies can be found on the Emma's blog. If you have any questions please feel free to ask..
Have a great week!
