Busy, busy day ahead. I am packing up and trying to get ready for my trip to CHA! I CAN NOT wait!!!!! Lots of laundry to finish today so that my sweet family has clothes to wear while I am gone. Need to also finish up two projects before I go and I am helping out in the school library today as well. .

Finished up a layout for Magistical Memories yesterday that I thought I would share with you today. There is a fabulous challenge going on for January. All you need to do is create a layout using your favorite color and you could win all of the 31 new releases from Magistical Memories. Check out the details here. My favorite color has been red for as long as I can remember. It just makes me happy. :) Anyway I love using red with brown and teal so I threw a little bit of that into my layout as well.

I used the scallop lace border by Magistical Memories under the photos. I painted it white and then added UTEE to it to give it a little extra shine. The brown ribbon is folded over and then I added some red buttons for color. I just adore these teal Prima flowers. I may have to get some more, my stash is almost depleted. :)

That sweet little bird is also Magistical Memories. I also painted him and covered him with UTEE. I then painted the Antique Filigree with brown paint and mounted the bird on it.

Wow, your layout is just stunning!! Everything is perfect about it! I am so wishing I was going to CHA. I was supposed to go... but I got sick :( Anyhoo... I will live vicariously thru you, post lots of pictures!!
