I am finding as I get older, that I appreciate the little things a lot more. Life really is all about the details, the smell of my girls' hair right after they take a shower, holding hands, the sound of giggles as my two little cuties are playing. I really cherish these things. That is why I fell in love with this house too. The cool iron rungs on the banister, the detailed frames on all of the mirrors and the fact that we can look out our back window and see deer stopping to have a snack in our back yard.
I love all those little details when it comes to cards and layouts too. I created this card for a contest over at
Magistical Memories. Sue posted a picture of
this cute pillow as inspiration and I fell in love with the stitching on the leaves. There is still time to enter the contest for a chance at some fabulous chipboard. Here is the card I created using the inspiration piece.
